Start a clean out service- This is an easy one. With all the foreclosed homes that are on the market, why not partner with some of your local realtors and clean the houses out for them. When people leave their foreclosed homes, they usually leave many things behind. Real estate agents cannot sell the house until it is cleaned out. You don’t even need a truck. You can rent a moving truck for around $50 per day. You and one other person should be able to clean the house out in one day. You can easily charge up to $500 for a days work. Do 3 or 4 houses a month and you will be making a nice chunk of change.

Umpire or referee sporting events- Are you a sports fan? How does making $50 a night sound by umpiring little league or softball games? While the salary is different from one area to the next, you could make around $25 per game. You should be able to do 3 games a night and walk out with $75 bucks for three hours of work. Not too bad.
